SOLD!

The newest Steampunk Gun made by artist Jonathan Alberico, and painted by Jamie Walborn. This Rifle is made from old fuses, TV tubes, copper wire, leather strap, and one very large fuse as the barrel.

The wood used for the stock is yellow pine that is well over 100 years old.

This Lightning Rifle runs off 4 AA batteries. Each of the 4 light bulbs on the top of the "battery pack" run on their own switch, when all 4 switches are turned on the LEDs on the rifle turn on. The LEDs can be dimmed by a dimmer on the "battery pack" there are 3 LEDs on the rifle, one red blinking, one green that turns yellow when dimmed, and one blue.

Holy cow, that's amazing, especially since it's largely made out of old electronic equipment (and aged yellow pine). How much would one of those cost as a static or fully-built lighted prop? I'm betting it must be outside of my price range, prop-wise... T_T;

Thank you. that is by far the biggest fuse we have ever seen. once we had it we knew it had to become a gun.

It was a really clever idea. Do you think you'd be able to find any more? If not, I wonder if any other objects could be adapted with the same sort of gun to make a weapon that "fires" something else? =)

Ah, I see. Is the $250.00 price tag for a light-up or a static prop? Thanks for taking the time to reply! =)

I see. Thanks! When I'm next in need of a prop and can scrounge up the funds, I'll keep you in mind.

I love how the "barrel" of the gun actually ends in a big conductor. That's a clever touch. =)

Cool! Where do you get the wooden stocks for your guns?

:iconmacabre151:
I hand carve every one out of wood from a 120 year old barn that was torn down
